That was a random overly specific example but I think an interesting phenomenon I’ve seen online , where like , even especially on here where we vowed to be the generation to stop automatically looking down on the next bc We remember what it was like to be the next generation the last looked down on and we didnt wanna carry that
And then we kinda , ended up doing that anyways ?? The way some people my age and older or even people who are just 18-19 feel about people 17 and under and their trends and their humor and their way of acting . IDK if its just human nature to feel afraid of change , or put off when kids today are “cringe” in ways we weren’t . Or what , but . IDK
It’s a weird mix of ppl thinking kids today are dumber and more attention-span deprived while also being surprised when they act their age in ways that Are “dumber” seeming compared to our experiences or our brain development

much respect to musicians who can just make a song sound so so evil. it’s the musical equivalent of baking something with love except instead of love it’s malice and you can taste it in every bite except instead of tastes and bites you hear it and you get scared
why is the sims so addictive but only for a short amount of time??? like all u do is play the sims u don’t sleep u don’t eat it’s like you’re on drugs for around two days and then forget about it for the next whole year

one of the best things ever is when u find a really talented artist whos obsessed with an obscure/unpopular character and just lovingly draws their underrated guy 30 times a day even tho all their posts get 5 notes. these ppl are the backbone of society. they’re thriving theyre mentally unchained
as someone who’s been an artist obsessed with an obscure character the REAL backbone of society is the people giving us the 5 notes
